Jean Baptiste, son of Francois Jolivet and Marguerite Doiron, was born 13 Mar 1784 and baptized the following day in the parish of Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont, Beaumont, Province de Québec. His godparents were Jean Menard and Angelique Labrecque. [1]
