Lucy Jones was born at Concord, Massachusetts on October 13, 1745, daughter of Ephraim Jones and Mary Hayward. [1] [2]
She married Richard Hall on November 9, 1762. Her husband Richard was born on November 12, 1737 at Medford, Massachusetts son of Andrew Hall and Abigail Walker. [3] [4]
Lucy Hall and her husband Richard Hall were two of the grantors in a 1793 quitclaim who identified themselves as the "heirs of our father and grandfather Ephraim Jones late of Concord" and who conveyed property "which was assigned to our mother and grandmother Mary Ayres then Mary Woolcott the late relict and widow of said Ephraim Jone[s] deceased as her dower or third." [5]
Given the above quitclaim and other evidence for Lucy and Richard, it is reasonable to conclude that Lucy Hall was a daughter of Ephraim and Mary (Hayward) Jones.
Lucy died February 10, 1826 [4] aged 80 years 4 months. [3]
Her husband Richard was buried on June 27, 1827. [3][4]
