Biography
Jane Ann Jones was born on March 13, 1787, in Guilford, North Carolina, her father, Jesse, was 23, and her mother, Hannah, was 17. She married Alexander II Edward Roy on July 30, 1805, in Greene, Tennessee. They had three children in 10 years. She died on September 14, 1869, in Economy, Indiana, having lived a long life of 82 years.
