Biography
John was born in 1915. He was the son of Webb Kaylor and Anna Lindsley. The 1920 census shows him living with his parents in Rockingham County, Virginia, and with the death of his father in 1926, the 1930 census shows him living in his mothers household in Rockingham County, Virginia. [1][2]The 1940 census shows him living in Augusta County, Virginia, and his occupation is listed as a shipping clerk in a rayon factory. His mother is living with him in his household at this time. [3] John passed away in 1943. At the time of his death, he was working as a welder in a ship building plant in Rhode Island.
