Charles Keen was born in Debenham, Suffolk, England.

Charles was born in Debenham on 4 April 1804 and baptised in St Mary Magdalene Debenham on 2 August 1804. He was the son of Henry Keen and Jane Fairweather.[1]

He was buried in St Mary Magdalene Churchyard Debenham on 7 August 1804.[2]
