Helen was born in 1953. She was the daughter of Henry Keijser and his wife Brita Bäckman.

She passed away suddenly in her sleep at home on August 30, 2021. Cause of death: heart failure. She is buried in Skogskyrkogården in Stockholm: Askgravlunden, plats 3239AL 00001, där 39AL är kvarteret och 00001 är området..[1]
