Anders Gustaf Keijer was born out of wedlock to Stina Lisa Keyser on June 24, 1827 in Skultuna parish, Västmanlands län, Sweden. His father is noted as unknown: fader obekant. Witnesses at his christening on June 25, 1827 were Johan Liljevald) and his wife Anna Maya Skultin and his mother's younger brother Christian Keyser), all from Skultuna Bruk, and maid Stina Maya Adam in the Vicarage/Prostgården.[1]
He had a ten year older half brother: Karl Johan born 1817.
He grew up in his uncle Christian Keijser's family.

Anders (22) married Celina Vilhelmina Lindberg (25) (born on November 24, 1823 in Skultuna Bruk, Skultuna; daughter of Jan Erik Lindberg and Stina Lisa Skultin) on November 11, 1849 in Skultuna.[3][4][5] They had nine children, of whom 4 died i childhood:
- Gustaf Oskar Keijser (1849–1850). Died 15 days old of unknown cause.
- Eva Charlotta Kejser (1850–1898)
- Anders Rudolf Kejser (1853– )
- Knut Albert Kejser (1856–1903)
- Wilhelm Gottfrid Kejser (1859–1891)
- Anna Amanda Kejser (1860–1862)
- Otto Leonard Kejser (1863–1864). Died of kikhosta/whooping cough aged 1 years and 7 months.
- Johan Edvard Kejser (1865–1871). Died from tetanus 6 years old.
- Karl Johan Kejser (1867–1943)
The family moved to Västerås on November 5, 1858.[6]
He died of stomach cancer )sv. magkräfta) on july 30, 1889 in Västerås. [7]
Research notes
I have done extensive research to find the unknown father with the help of both autosomal and y-DNA.
- I have a large number of autosomal matches on my grandfather Henry Keijser's side, who all meet in a family in Järna parish in Kopparbergs län: Jon Pärsson (1723-) and his wife Ragnild Olsdotter's decendants, but there is no obvious father candidate.
- The WATO (What Are The Odds)-tool at DNA-painter does not give any good leads. The segments of our matches are too small.
- No men born in Järna parish appear in the Skultuna parish household records for the period in question.
- BigY on FTDNA for his direct decendant (my maternal half uncle) Christer Keijser has not yielded any results yet. Currect haplogroup at FTDNA: E-BY88768.
- Current haplogroup at yFull: E-Y84587. Christer Keijser's kit id:YF008514 at yFull Ytree. The closest y-DNA matches are from Finland. The branch is currently estimated to be 700 years old (= ca 1300 AD).
- There are Forest Finns among our other matches, and Järna parish has a Finnskog. Perhaps the unknown father decends from Forest Finns, but this is just speculation at this time. The matches at yFull does not answer my messages. Ronnegård-1 17:21, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
