Biography
Robert S Kemper, son of Charles Weaver Kemper and Delphia Yancey, was born February 22, 1836 in Owen County, Kentucky. He married Mary Ann Rogers on July 28, 1856 in Owenton, Owen, Kentucky. He later married Sarah H "Sallie" Sanders on September 5, 1867 in Carroll County, Kentucky. Robert died July 18, 1889 in Cass County, Missouri and was buried in Austin Cemetery, Austin, Cass, Missouri[1].
