Arthur Kennebeck has German Roots.
Descendant of Jacob Schmitt. Arthur is a maternal great-grandson of Jacob Schmitt, who was one of three founders of Johnsburg, McHenry County, Illinois in August 1841, along with Nicholas Adams and Nicholas Frett.
Arthur was born in 1906. He was the son of Henry Kernebeck and Elizabeth Schaefer. He passed away in 1979.
