Andrew Jackson Kennedy was born on 20 Aug 1860 in Allenville, Vinton, Ohio to parents Jesse Rufus Jackson Kenedy and Sarah Ann Ankrom.
He married Effie Elizabeth Backus on 9 May 1882 in Chautauqua, Kansas.
