Betsey Kenney (Heman), born Oct. 20, 1763.[1]
Married 1779, Bartlett Gardner, born Dec. 18, 1758, died June 7, 1838, son of Simeon and Sarah (Long) Gardner, of Nantucket, Mass., and Barrington.
Removed from Barrington to Chebogue in 1797.
Children:
- Simeon, b. March 21, 1781, married Dinah Paddack.
- Ruth, b. May 2, 1783; died Dec. 22, 1864; married Samuel Gowen, son Paul.
- Heman, b. Dec. 20, 1784; died Nov., 1839; married Deidamia Roberts, daughter Benjamin and Deidamia (Nickerson) Roberts.
- Reuben, b. March 12, 1787; died Oct. 18, 1819; married Bethia Trask.
- Lydia, b. Aug. 3, 1788; died Feb., 1887; married Lemuel Churchill.
- Daniel, b. April 18, 1790; died 1870; married Betty Knowles, born Sept. 11, 1793, daughter Enos and Sarah (Crowell) Knowles.
- Andrew, b. July 19, 1792; died 1842; married Jerusha Crowell, b. Aug. 23. 1795, daughter Ebenezar and Jerusha (Harding) Crowell.
