Alice Carr or Kerr was born in County Down Ireland about 1820. She was the daughter of Moses Kerr and his first wife Esther Gillespie.
Alice arrived in Australia with her parents and sibling in 1839 on the Garrow. In 1840 she married James Nealer in Melbourne[1]
She passed away in 1896 in East Melbourne Victoria. [2]
