Biography

Albert Kirschling has Polish Roots.
Albert Kirschling was a Wisconsinite.
Albert, son of Joseph Kirschling and Frances Bonczyk, was born in Antigo, Wisconsin on March 11, 1903.[1] He had nine siblings.[2][3][4] He took a job in Racine, Wisconsin with Nash Motors. On January 23, 1926, he married Marie Ahles there. They had three children together, Beverly, Albert, and Gilbert. In 1933, the family moved to Wisconsin Rapids. Only a few weeks after the move, Albert caught pneumonia and died on October 31, 1933 at the age of 33.[5][6] He was buried there in Wisconsin Rapids at Calvary Cemetery.[7]

Research Notes

  • Albert needs a birth record, a marriage record, and profile created for his children.
  • Albert, his wife Marie, and their first two children (Beverly and Albert Jr.) should have been found in Racine in the 1930 Census. Albert's obituary reports that he lived and worked there for eight years before moving to Wisconsin Rapids just a few weeks before he fell ill and died. He was not found in the 1929 Racine city directory on Ancestry, but he was in the 1931 directory, with an address of 1622 Howe Street. On the E.D. Finder if you put in that address you get E.D. 51-31 and it was gone through page by page looking for the family. They were not found. The address was found on image 30 line 77 herebut as you can see, it was a different family.
