Anna Kosch Hornung was born 10 December 1882 in Bellwood, Butler County, Nebraska, the daughter of Alois (Louis) Kosch [1] and Maria Aloisa Janicek. She married (1) George Zeller on 23 June 1903 at St. Mary's Church, Butler County, Nebraska by Rev. John J. Hoffman[2] and (2) Baltus Hornung on [1920] at [unknown].
The Banner-Press (David City, Nebraska) 10 October 1918 p. 1, col. 6: George Zeller, an old resident of Alexis township, and well known in the county, died very suddenly at his home Monday of this week. He was as well as usual and suddenly dropped dead, the cause being apoplexy.

The Banner-Press (David City, Nebraska) 11 December 1969 p. 5, col. 4: Funeral Services Held for Mrs. Baltus Hornung. Funeral services for Mrs. Baltus (Anna M.) Hornung, 86, of Bellwood were conducted Tuesday morning, Dec. 2, at St. Peter's Catholic Chuch in Bellwood with Father G.C. Messman officiating. Mrs. Hornung died Nov. 29 at St. Mary's Hospital in Columbus following a lingering illness. Pallbearers were Carol Zimmer, Eugene, Arthur and John Kosch, Wayne Schmid and Robert McGowen. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Anna M., the daughter of Alois and Alouisa Janicek Kocsh, was born Dec. 10, 1882 at Bellwood where she was a lifetime resident. She was married to George Zeller, and three children were born to this union. Mr. Zeller died in 1918. In 1920 she was married to Baltus Hornung. Mrs. Hornung was a member of St Peter's Church and the St. Peter's Altar Society. She is survived by her husband, Baltus; two daughters, Mrs. R.J. (Evelyn) Malloy of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Fred (Lydia) Woolsey of Laramie Wyoming; two brothers, Will Kosch of Shelby and Adolph Kosch of Bellwood, two sisters, Mrs. George McGowen of Ulysses and Mrs. Frank Zimmer of Bellwood; six grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. In addition to her first husband, Mrs. Hornung was preceded in death by on daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Rowena) Hand, her parents and three brother.
