William was born in 1888 in New York State to William Lapage and Mary Millejoure [also Miljour, Millejour, or Millejours]. He married Ineza Planty Andrus, daughter of George Lewis Planty and Ida Lashua.[1]
When he passed away, he was buried in Bixby Cemetery, Norfolk, St. Lawrence County, New York. He shares a grave marker with his wife. [2]
