Genevieve was born 5 Sep 1767. She was the daughter of Pierre Lacombe and his wife Marguerite Chretien. She was baptized the next day in Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier. [1]
On 16 Nov 1795, in Pointe-Claire, Lambert Blondeau, acting captain of local militia, widower of Josephe Joliette married Genevieve Lacombe daughter of deceased Pierre Lacombe and Marguerite Chretien. Witnesses include the bride's mother, the groom signs: Lambert Blondeau. [2]
