Mary was born in 1916. She was the daughter of Samuel Laderoute and Justine Sansregret. In 1933 she married Harry Blake at Wabamun, and moved to Coronado, Alberta. She succumbed to Tuberculosis in 1936. She is buried, with her younger sister and a stillborn nephew, in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Gibbons, Alberta.
