She married Francis James Frude in Napier in 1893.
They went on to have three children.
In the 1896 NZ Electoral Rolls she was recorded at Roslyn Road, Napier.
By 1914 she and her husband were living in Hall Street, Napier, where her husband was a Labourer. Also in the household was her father Horace, who was a Pensioner.
By 1919 her father was back in Kaiapoi, Canterbury, living in North Road. He passed away in 1920 at the age of 81.
Her oldest brother Horace Jr. died in September 1953, having never married.
