Biography

When Sarah Ann Lattig was born on February 18, 1836, in Easton, Pennsylvania, her father, Benjamin Lattig , was 20, and her mother, Maria Messinger, was 19. She married John Reed on April 19, 1857, in Sandusky, Ohio. They had six children in 11 years. She died as a young mother on February 8, 1868, in Sandusky, Ohio, at the age of 31, and was buried in Fremont, Ohio.
