Biography
William L. Laxton was the son of Allen Laxton and Mary "Polly" Powell. He was born around 1858 in Caldwell, North Carolina where he died on 29 December 1937.[1]. He married Susannah Jane Bolick on 2 September 1893 in Anderson, North Carolina.[2]. Their children included:

- James
William is buried at the Dudley Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery in Granite Falls, North Carolina.[3]
