Biography
Julia Leavitt was born at Turner, Maine in 1807, the daughter of Isaiah Leavitt and Lydia Ludden.
She married Oliver Newman on 8 Nov 1823 at Turner. They were the parents of twelve known children.
Julia died in 1881 and is buried at the Newman Cemetery, Carthage, Maine.
