Biography

Victoria was born in 1861 to parents Henry Leroy and Bethsheba Burns. She married Otis Ballard in 1881. Their marriage was blessed with seven children. She passed away in 1942 and was laid to rest at Sterling Cemetery located in Mapleton, Minnesota.
