Biography

Christopher Kenneth Lethbridge was born on 19 January 1911 in Madras Presidency, India, son of Thomas Charles Lethbridge (1883–1912) and Ida Violet Zurcher Hunter (1887–1976).^[1]

Christopher served in the Royal Artillery. He was promoted to Captain on 27 August 1939.^[2] He was promoted to Major on 26 December 1940, and served in the temporary rank of Brigade Major 26 March 1941.^[3]

He married Norah Ruby McClelland in 1942 in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, England.^[4]

Christopher died on 26 March 1984 in Richmond, Surrey, England, United Kingdom, aged 73.^[5][6]
