Benjamin was married four times. First, to Leah (Libby) Paltrowitz, his first cousin. They were married for ten years before divorcing. Next, he was married to a person unknown at this time. Thirdly, to Zelda Basch, and finally, to Constance Haines. He had no biological children with any of his four wives. He did adopt Gloria, the daughter of Constance Haines.
