Biography
Mary Knowles Lippitt, the daughter of Moses Lippitt, is said to have been born on 8 Jan 1663 at Providence, Providence, Rhode Island, but without any cited source (the birth does not appear in Arnold's RI records, or the Burlingame Manuscript).
John Burlingame and Mary Knowles Lippitt were married on 19 Nov 1688 at Warwick, Kent, Rhode Island.[2] They had at least the following children:
Mary Lippitt Burlingame is often said to have died on 13 Jan 1707/08 at Cranston, Providence, Rhode Island. However, she is named in the will of her mother’s brother John Knowles, written Dec. 14, 1714.[3]
