Abigail Lowell was born in Newbury January 2, 1715, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Hardy) Lowell. [1][2]
She married Jeremiah Goodridge Jr., intentions published November 3, 1738/9; and married January 18, 1739. Jeremiah Goodridge was born in Newbury, MA on December 26 1708, son of Jeremiah Goodrich and Mary (Rowe) Goodridge. [1][3]
In the will of her mother, Mary, widow of Joseph Lowell made April 8, 1753, proved May 14, 1753, which is recorded in [Essex Co. Mass. Prob. Rec. Vol. 81. p. 158]. She is named as daughter Abigail, wife of Jeremiah Guthridge (sic). [2][4]
She and husband Jeremiah are also named in the division of the estate of her brother Benjamin Lowell. [5]
Oct. 5, 1778, Abiel Goodridge was confirmed as administrator of the estate of Jeremiah Goodridge. Jeremiah's will was written on Dec. 18, 1767. [6]
In the will he names:
his wife Abigail, bequeathed land that came to her at the death of her mother Mary Lowell, among other property
Also on Oct. 5, 1778, Joseph Goodridge sought to administer the estates of Abigail Goodridge, widow of Jeremiah, [7] and the estate of his sister, Abigail Goodridge, single woman. [8]
The division of widow Abigail's estate to her children and heirs was approved on Aug. 2, 1779, naming:
Joseph, oldest surviving son
to the legal representatives of son Ezekiel Goodridge
to the legal representatives of son Barnard Goodridge
to the legal representatives of daughter Abigail Goodridge
to her other children William and Abiel Goodridge (p. 11-12) [7]

Abiel born May 23, 1750; married Rachel Follansbee of Haverhill on Oct. 25, 1775. [1][3]
Abigail born Nov. 9, 1752. [1][3] In Oct. 1778, Joseph Goodridge, sought to administer the estate of his sister Abigail, singlewoman, deceased. [8]
William born Sept. 24, 1756 [1][3]; living at the settlement of his mother's estate, Aug. 2, 1779. [7]
