Biography

Ainmuire mac Sétnai AKA Ainmire or Ainmere was the 138th High King of Ireland A member of the Cenél Conaill branch of the Uí Néill. He and his brother Ninnid where the sons of Sétna^[1] grandson of Conall Gulban mac Niall (abt.0400-abt.0464), founder of this branch.

Ainmere married Brigid ingen Cobthaig of the Uí Cheinnselaig^[2] together they had

son Áed Dub^[3]

He passed away in 0569.^[4]
