Lewis Manes was born in 1818 in Missouri[1] to James Manes and Margaret Kelsay.
Lewis married Mary Connor around 1842.
According to the 1850 census, Lewis lived with Mary and their children, Alexander, Martha, Nancy, and Mary in Buffalo, Missouri.[1]
I can't find a source for Lewis after the 1850 census.
