Biography

John T. Martin was born on 16 Jan. 1822 at Fayette County, Pennsylvania.[1]

He married Mary M. Kentfield on 24 Oct. 1852 at Mahaska County, Iowa.[2]

He was a farmer when he and Mary appeared on the census of 23 June 1880 at Monroe Township, Mahaska County, Iowa.[3]

John died on 17 Sep. 1906 at Mahaska County, Iowa and was buried at Wymore Cemetery, Rose Hill, Mahaska County, Iowa. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[1]
