McAfee-286 and McAfee-74 appear to represent the same person because: Same father, locations, dates, siblings.
McAfee-286 and McAfee-74 are not ready to be merged because: Locations very different.
Janet McAfee Pipe's mother is not Jane McMichael McAfee. It appears there are two James McAfees born two years apart in the same area of Ireland. The younger born in 1707 married Jane McMichael and emigrated to PA and VA dying there in 1785. His sons formed the McAfee Company and surveyed and settled in KY. The older James which this Jane is descended appears to have emigrated to NC and died there in 1769.

McAfee-286 and McAfee-74 appear to represent the same person because: Everything matches except for spouses, and I have to assume that she had two.
McAfee-713 and McAfee-74 appear to represent the same person because: these appear to be the same person, Jane being most likely a nickname for Jeanett ... there are no sources shown for either profile so this needs to be explored also ... Thanks Katharine
