Biography

George was born in 1909 in Providence, Rhode Island. He is the son of George McCahey and Nellie Flannigan.[1]

In 1910 when he was 5 months old, he lived at 11 Mallett Street, Providence with his parents.His father was a manager at a textile manufacturer.[2]

In 1915 at age 5, he lived with his parents and sister at 206 Althea Street, Providence.[3]

In 1925 at age 15, he lived with his parents and sister at 70 Sorrento Street. [4]

In 1930 at age 20, he lived at 70 Sorrento Street, Providence with his parents and sister.[5]

In 1935, he lived at 70 Sorrento Street, Providence. He was a public school teacher. His sister lived with him and was a student in 13th grade at Johnson & Wales.[6]

Between 1935 and 1940, he married Rose Victoria Wolosiewicz.

In 1940, he and Rose lived at 70 Sorrento Street, Providence; his sister Helen lived with them.[7]

He died in Providence in 1987.[8][9]
