POLA.—On the 3rd June, at her residence, St. Paul's, Rhymney, Harriet Pola, loving mother of Thomas and John, Rhymney; Albert, Werribee; Fredk., Heywood; also Mrs. Burke, Mininera; Mrs. G. Murray, Lake Bolac; Mrs. J. Brady, Norval; Mrs. P. Brady, Springfield, Ararat; and Annie and Marie. R.I.P.
The funeral of the late Mrs Harriet
Pola, relict of the late Mr John Pola, of Rhymney, took place on Tuesday afternoon last, when the remains were interred in the Moyston Cemetery. The remains of the deceased were encased in an oak casket, and there was a representative gathering assembled to pay the last tribute to one who was highly esteemed. The service at the grave was conducted by the Rev. Father Conlon. The pall bearers were Messrs J. Hurley, James. McGuan, P. Symington, Joseph McGuan, C. Lloyd, F. Funcke, D. McArthur and J. Pola. The coffin was borne to the grave by Messrs J. Brady, T. Sweeney, P. Pola and A. James. Mr J. Dunn carried out the funeral arrangements.
