initially assumed to have died between 1783 and 1796, from supposed baptism of a 2nd Wm, but the family info supplied had confused two separate families, that of a Richard Pike and Johanna, having children around Virginstow and this William and Patience having children in Bere Ferres. The 1796 William was baptized Virginstow. This family have a 1795 Joseph around that time
