A paragraph from Prince William Deed Book "Q", pp 619,620, reads as follows: "Now the sd Richard Melton, the Father & Grandfather aforesaid, by his last Will and Testament dated 1733 devised unto his Son the sd Richard Melton & to the Mail(sic) heirs of his body lawfully begotn. forever 200 acres of said tract of land adjoining Cruppers or Coupers Cabbin Branch......."
