Biography
Her first husband was James Hill 1803 - 1850. He was a school teacher and Executor of her father's estate in 1837. Witnesses at their wedding were Phoebe Monger and Levi Chamber.
On 5/7/1852 in Swansea she married her second husband Charles Tomes 1795 - 1862. He was a widower, Contractor and she was a widow. She was living in Oxford St Swansea and her father was listed as William Monger, Builder. Witnesses were M. Ellery (he was her sister in law's second husband) and Cecilia Monger.
She is buried in Horton Street, Baptist Church grounds with her first husband in plot 90.
