Note: This needs further citations. If this history is correct[1] and this George Monroe is the son of George Monroe he is linked back to Andrew Monroe. He may have married Elizabeth ___ with whom he had at least 2 children.
The evidence the that George is the son of George Monroe and the father of George Washington Monroe is circumstantial based on a will book from Fayette, Ohio that lists items bought form the estate of Samuel Webster who was the husband of Judith (Monroe) Webster. This assumes that Judith was sister to this George in this history[1] and aunt to George Washington Monroe Other family connections are shown by the proximity of a Mary (Monroe) Pool to George Washington Monroe in Ohio in 1850 [2] indicating that they were closely related, most likely siblings as listed in this history[1]. Mary along with her husband William Pool also lived next to an Elizabeth Monroe in Scioto, Ohio in 1840[3] who most likely was her mother.
