Sarah "Sally" A. Montgomery was born in 1789 at SC, daughter of Capt. James and Susannah Strange Montgomery. She lived circa 1810 at Franklin, GA. She married Nathaniel Venable, son of Capt. John Venable and Agnes (Agatha) Moorman, in Mar 1812 at Jefferson, Jackson Co., GA. She purchased in Jackson Co., GA, in 1832 ^{[1] [2][3][4]}
