Biography
Charles Moore was born in Kentucky.
Charles Dick "C. D." Moore was 12 May 1862, in Hopkins County, Kentucky, United States.[1] He was the son of Andrew J. Moore and Mariah Favor.[1]
On 1 February 1893 in Hopkins County, Kentucky, C.D., age 29, married 34-year old Mrs. Eliza V. Laffoon[2][3], nee Stokes. It was his first marriage and her second. In 1900, the couple lived in the Barnsley section of Earlington, Hopkins, Kentucky with their daughter Lula A. Moore and Eliza's sons Charley and Clifton Laffoon.[4]
Charles Dick "Chas" Moore, age 62, died 7 December 1924 in Madisonville, Hopkins, Kentucky and was buried at Suthards Cemetery in Earlington, Hopkins County, Kentucky.[1][5]
