Martha Frances (Morton) Milgrim was born in Mar 1856 in Tennessee, United States, daughter of Benjamin Morton (1833 - 1862). Benjamin Morton had a daughter named Frances, who was born between 1850 and 1861. She was living in Arkansas after 1875 when William Morton wrote his will and mentioned the only heir of his son, Benjamin Morton, deceased. Later, in the estate records located at the McNairy County courthouse, her name is mentioned as Frances and she is living in Arkansas. ^[1]

Additionally, she fits the criteria of Frances Morton born between 1850-1860 and living in Arkansas in 1875.

Her husband, Levi Milgrim died in 1906 and is buried at Friendship Cemetery, Annieville, Lawrence County, Arkansas. His findagrave Memorial shows a broken stone that is difficult to read. This writer has checked Arkansas death certificates without locating one for Martha Frances; also checked for an obituary at Newspapers.com and GenealogyBank without success.

Martha died after 1930 in Lawrence aged >74.
