Biography

Julius Duncan Moseley was born 1 June 1899[1] in Georgia, the son of Dennis Mosely and Sarah Emily Hughes Mosley[2]. (Find A Grave shows his birth year as 1900)

In 1900[3], 1910[4] and 1920[5], he lived in Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia with his parents and siblings.

He registered for the draft for World War I, giving his occupation as farmer and working for his father Dennis[1].

He served as the Chief of Police for Vidalia, Georgia for many years. He married Vashti 'Ti' Brantley. They had no children.

He died 16 May 1981 and was buried in North Thompson Baptist Church Cemetery, Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia[2].
