Col. George David Shortridge Jr and Elizabeth Margaret (Muir) Shortridge were my ggggrandparents. Their daughter, Keranhappuch was born at Fort Boonesborough,Ky. She married my gggrandfather, John Madison Chadwick at Paris in Bourbon Co. Ky. Their son George Eli and Diadema Lockwood Chadwick were my ggrandparents. They were married In Louisa, Lawrence Co.,KY. The Shortridges and Chadwicks had moved to the lower Big Sandy Valley in Greenup co. now Boyd Co Ky. George Eli and Diademas' son James Knox and Casteria Bolt Chadwick were my grandparents, Their son, Wm. David and Dova Belcher Chadwick were my parents.
