Biography

Marshall Charles Murphy was born 28 Jul 1793 Culpeper County, Virginia. He was the son of William Murphy 1769–1862 and Leanna Sarah Poe 1773–1861.

Marshall Charles Murphy (1793-1878) married Susannah Bragg (1794-1818) on March 16, 1812 in Fauquier, Virginia.^[1] After Susannah death he married Mary Margaret Poe 1802–1883.

Marhshal died on 2 Aug 1878 (aged 85) in Barbour County, West Virginia.
