Biography

When Thomas NANCE was born in 1805 in Randolph, North Carolina, his father, Hudson, was 35 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 32. He was married three times and had 11 sons and six daughters. He died on July 27, 1879, having lived a long life of 78 years.

Probably incorrect burial place on Find A Grave died 27 Jul 1879 most likely in Independence, Arkansas. Thomas and 3rd wife and children are in Independence Co. AR in 1870^[1] and widow and children are there in 1880^[2].
