Samuel was born 8 Sep 1832. (some say 1832 and some 1834 also some say PA some say Ohio)

He passed away in 17 January 1906 in Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois, United States. He was living with his daughter Jemima White at time of death, 1717 West Main Street and buried 21 Jan 1906 Walnut Hill Cemetery Lot 857, Belleville, St. Clair, Illinois, USA
