Biography

Nellie was a daughter of George H. Nicewarner and Minerva Catherine "Kate" Jenkins. She was born in 1879. In 1899 she married Robert E. Lee Anderson. They had four known children. She died in 1928 in Maryland and was buried in Mount Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, Virginia.

Virginia Obituary

Winchester, Feb. 16. - The body of Mrs. Nellie Anderson, widow of Robert E. Anderson, who died from an operation Tuesday in Baltimore, where she had lived since the death of her husband, was interred here today in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, the Rev. Dr. C. A. Freed, of Grace Lutheran Church, officiating. Surviving are two sons and two daughters, in Baltimore; her mother, Mrs. B. F. McDonald, and two sisters.
