Good morning, how can I upload a PDF file of my family tree? Or do I have to type everything in manually? I have the entire thing on PDF going back to Peter R. Noe 1769.

Please see this Help page - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Photos_FAQ

In short you would upload a PDF the same way as for a photo. Note the section towards the bottom about how PDF files are listed on the profile.
