Biography
When Johan Jacob Ottinger was born on March 1, 1742, in Manchester, Pennsylvania, his father, Johann, was 25 and his mother, Anna, was 19. He married Anna Margaretha Jauler on December 30, 1766, in York, Pennsylvania. Their 4 known children in 14 years. He died on February 10, 1786, in his hometown at the age of 43.
