He was preceded in death by his first wife Vada Pack in April of 1941, second wife Margie Pack in Mar of 1989, and son Freddie Pack in Apr in 1992.

Surviving includes a son, Junior Pack of Blue Jay; two daughters Evelyn Mayle of Malvern, Ohio and Louise Farley of Rock; four step-sons Richard Lilly of Hinton, Charles Lilly of Pipestem; Raymond Lilly of Knoxville, Tennessee and Robert Lilly of Mexico; two step-daughters Ruth and Mary Mansfield both of Nimitz; 11 grandchildren, 28 step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 17 step-great-grandchildren.

Services held Friday April 16 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Darnell Hamm and Elder Franklin Orista officiating.

Burial followed at Crews Cemetery at Nimitz.
