Biography
Lacy Ernest Pack was born Feb. 12, 1911, in Hinton, W. Va., a son of Charles Lewis Pack and Grace Harvey Pack. He married Marie Buckland Sept. 24, 1932, in West Virginia. Pack was a self-employed carpenter and a member of Hebron Baptist Church. He had lived in Bells since 1973.
