Descendant of Mayflower passengers Peter Browne, James Chilton, John Howland, and John Tilley.

Julia was born in 1839 in North Bridgewater, the daughter of Ransom Packard and Huldah Willis.^[1]

The 1894 Carr Family Record gives the following children:^[2]
